Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. No phone calls, no retention maze.


1. How to cancel

  • Open your account and select Manage subscription, then Cancel. This opens our secure billing portal.
  • Cancellation is immediate to set up and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You can also email support@sableholdingsnz.com and we will cancel for you and confirm.

2. What happens next

  • Your plan stays active until the period you've already paid for ends, then stops renewing.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • We send an email confirming the cancellation.
  • Capsules you've already downloaded remain yours.

3. Renewal reminders

So a renewal never surprises you, we email a reminder before each yearly renewal and reasonable advance notice before any price change, each with a one-click link to cancel.

4. Same-medium cancellation

Because you can subscribe online, you can cancel online — using the same device, with the same ease, and without speaking to anyone. EU customers can use the in-app cancellation control to withdraw from the contract.

5. Refunds on cancellation

Cancellation stops future billing; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period. See our Refund Policy for when refunds apply, including EU/UK withdrawal rights.
