Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sable, a service operated by SABLE HOLDINGS LIMITED ("Sable", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.


1. What Sable is

Sable is a software-based assistant that helps you declutter and organize your belongings. You describe what is overflowing; Sable generates suggestions and downloadable PDF capsule checklists.

Sable provides lifestyle organization tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice, is not treatment for hoarding disorder, and is not a certified organizing service or collectibles appraisal. “Holdings” in our legal name refers only to corporate registration and has no connection to any financial, investment, banking, or insurance service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • Do not use Sable to make disposal decisions about a minor's belongings on their behalf, and do not let a minor use the service to decide what to discard.

3. Your decisions and parting with belongings

Sable suggests; you decide and you act. Every decision to keep, discard, donate, sell, recycle, or destroy an item is made entirely by you. Once an item is parted with, it generally cannot be recovered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, regret, or cost arising from items you part with, including items that later prove valuable or irreplaceable.

You represent that you have the right to dispose of any item you act on. Do not discard items that belong to, or are jointly owned with, another person — a partner, family member, flatmate, child, or employer — without their consent. We are not responsible for disputes or claims arising from your disposal of items you did not solely own.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are sold as subscriptions billed in USD on the interval you select (monthly or yearly). Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.

By subscribing you authorize SABLE HOLDINGS LIMITED to send instructions to your card issuer (through our payment provider) to take recurring payments from your card in accordance with these Terms. You consent to recurring payments, you acknowledge the billing frequency you selected, and the amount is the plan price shown at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as “SABLE PARE”.

We will email you a reminder before each yearly renewal and reasonable advance notice before any price change, with instructions to cancel. Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, online from your account, in the same way you signed up and without contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Unused capsule allowances are not refunded. 6. Digital delivery

Sable is a digital service with no physical goods. Access to features and generated PDF capsules is provided instantly within your account on subscription; there is nothing to ship.

7. Your content and our content

  • You keep ownership of what you type into Sable and the capsules generated for you.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • The Sable name, design, and software are ours. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.

8. AI output and no warranty

Suggestions are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong; no human reviews each output. You are responsible for your own decisions about your belongings. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our AI Disclaimer.

9. Resolving problems before a chargeback

If you don't recognise a charge or believe there is a billing problem, please contact us first at support@sableholdingsnz.com. Most issues are resolved within two business days. Charges appear as “SABLE PARE” — please look for this before disputing with your bank.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SABLE HOLDINGS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the Fair Trading Act, or other applicable mandatory consumer law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
